Round Toe Satin Block Heel with Ankle Strap

I was dreading buying my wedding shoes. I can’t wear very tall heels without discomfort or falling over, and I was not planning on wearing flats or casual shoes. These were everything I wanted; small heel, rounded toe, ankle strap. I was a bit worried with the price and sizing, but they fit beautifully and are very comfortable. I feel like Snow White in these! Genuinely can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day!

Super comfy, great quality. Only issue is that they’re almost too comfy to where it lacks structure in the toe box and makes me feet look really wide

I ordered a pair for my wedding and of course the package was never delivered. When I reached out to customer service, they said per the policy they are not responsible for delivery issues. I understand that it’s technically not their fault, but there should be some sort of refund/policy put in place so the customer isn’t out of shoes or money. It’s just a bad business practice to not help out to customer and it seems a bit scammy. I’ve read other reviews with the same issue.

And on a side note, the package is “insured” but clearly that means nothing if they don’t refund your money or attempt to resend the product at no additional charge. Again I can’t help but feel a bit scammed out of wedding shoes because I was also given multiple delivery dates and for 3 days after it was shipped there was no shipping information. Quite frankly if there is no solution I will probably put in a claim with the bank because the more I think about it the more I feel that I’ve been scammed.
