ABSOLUTELY STUNNING the fit the feel I cannot WAIT to wear these for my wedding day!!!!
I was initially thrilled to receive these shoes, but my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The satin material looks stunning on the properly placed sections of the shoe, but unfortunately, there are areas where it's not properly placed and filled with bubbles. Moreover, the heel of the cushioned insole is poorly glued, indicating a likelihood of peeling and a short lifespan.The cushioned insole makes the shoe very comfortable, but the overall quality of the shoes raises concerns about their durability, especially for my wedding day. On a positive note, the customer support was excellent, offering me the option to return the shoes with a provided label or receive a partial refund.
Do not buy these shoes, or possibly any blue shoes from this company! The color is not as advertised and am extremely disappointed with not only the quality of the shoes, but also the quality of Kailee P's customer service. I'd give 0 stars if I could because the color of the shoes come in looking very green-toned and not at all the pretty blue advertised in the pictures. Through customer service, they were not willing to work through the problem at all and was continuously told I was wrong, despite trying to work with them to offer solutions. Instead, I was treated with no consideration for the false advertisement they have through their product pictures.
