RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We want you to love what you have purchased at Kailee P.! We allow returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery date.
While we understand shoes need to be tried on, we advice you to try on shoes on carpet area and with clean foot. We will ONLY accept the returned item for exchanges in original clean condition and accompanied by original invoice and tags MUST be attached (NO EXCEPTION).
All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- Selected items in our shop are detailed and handcrafted by our team with their hands in our facility, therefore, these items are eligible for EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All sale items & accessories are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

HOW TO SUBMIT RETURN & EXCHANGE:
- Click link: kaileep.myreturnscenter.com and follow instructions on the screen.
- Once request is submitted, we will notify you via email for approval.
- If your request is approved, please follow instructions on email carefully and a pre-paid return label will be provided separately. The charge of return shipping label is $7 for kids shoes and $12 for women shoes will be deducted from your refund.
- For exchanges ONLY, to complete an exchange, please place a new order of equal or greater value. This also ensures faster turn around exchange time and guarantee size availability. Once your return package is received, we will process a refund. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can reach us and one of our team members will be glad to help you with both your return and placing your new order, or you can call us at 1-833-524-5337 Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM PST.
- If you prefer to process an exchange without placing a new order, please note, we will NOT provide a pre-paid return shipping label. You will be responsible for return shipping and we recommend to use shipping carrier with tracking numbers for your reference and proof of delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Returns over $100 will be subjected to 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return/ exchange from the time we received your item(s) in our facility.
- We also recommend for you to pack items securely as we ARE NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
- Return Authorization will be voided if item(s) is not received at Kailee P. facility after 10 business days (U.S shipping only) of return request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY:
1) Due to unpredictable shipping and custom holding time, we DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGE and will not hold shoes to exchange. Please place a new order for the correct size and we will ship within 1-2 business day.
2) Please return and ship the incorrect size shoes to us within 10 days from the date of exchange request. This means, package will need to be postmarked within 10 business days of return request date. When shoes are received, we will process a refund (shipping fee is NON-REFUNDABLE). You will also be responsible for return shipping.
