Went back and forth about a couple different pairs of shoes with customer service and while I ended up talking to a couple different people, the interactions were pretty seamless. I didn't have to catch anyone up to speed on the situation during the length of the conversations and the shoes ended up arriving just in time for graduation! (I ordered them ultimately for a wedding I'm in later this summer and was not expecting to be able to wear them for graduation also because they were going to come in so late, so this was a happy surprise.)

My only issue with the shoes is that I have kind of wide feet at the toe boxes so the opening of the toe area is a little squeezy but nothing I can't handle. I would also recommend purchasing socks that cover just your toes.

These shoes are comfortable and beautiful! The only reason I gave 4 (it would be 4.5 if I could do that) stars is because they don't seem as good of a quality I was expecting because of the price.

The straps around your ankles are different sizes, one is a bit bigger than the other so that's kinda weird and they look like they have been tried on a bunch or worn. Only the strap part though not the shoe itself.

I did contact the sellers before hand to get help with my shoes size and they were wonderful and helpful! Gave me their shoes measurements and even instructions on how to measure my foot so the shoes I ordered fit perfectly.

All and all these shoes are very comfortable and beautiful.

I ordered these shoes for my upcoming wedding and I am so excited with how they turned out! They look exactly like the picture, and are surprisingly comfortable. I haven't broken them in yet, but I noticed that the traction on the heel feels a little slippery against wood, so will need to get non-slip pads.
