I got the shoes without the bows and I love them. I have to say Claudia is the best seller I've ever dealt with. When I received the shoes, The straps were too big for my ankles so she sent me new straps that would fit in the first pair of shoes, one of the straps would not come out to switch them out, so not only did she send me another pair of shoes, she ensured that the straps would be able to come out so I could put the right straps in. She was so accommodating and answered my messages very promptly. I buy on Etsy a lot, but she is by far the best seller I ever dealt with, the shoes are so pretty and so comfortable and I'm very happy that I will be wearing these as a second pair for my daughters wedding
