Amazingly beautiful bridal flats and even better customer service! I fell in love with these shoes the minute I saw them, I ordered a size 9 with the pearl ankle strap. I received my order and they had the plain ankle strap by accident. When I contacted the seller, they were more than happy to fix the situation. The shoes were also a little tight so they allowed me to send them back for a larger size. They sent me a label that very night no charge to me and I had the bigger size with the correct straps in only about a week! Couldn't be happier and absolutely would recommend the seller to anyone! A++ experience
