Satin Flat Sandal with Pearls and Ankle Strap

As the review title suggests, save yourself the headache of dealing with this business. I feel in love with their shoes and purchased four pair initially for my wedding and bridal festivities. They were all very poor quality (even Target shoes are significantly better quality), inconsistent sizing, and their customer service is quite literally non-existent. When I ended up needing to return 3 of the four due to the poor fit (kept one despite the poor quality, more on that later), I followed their onerous return process, only for them to deny my "request." Long story short, one pair was exchange only, and instead of allowing me to exchange, they denied my "request" and made me jump through hoops to make the exchange/return. The return request was made in the time frame allotted, but they took weeks to get back to me (again, only to deny the request). I am a very TTS size 9. Most of the shoes I purchased from them (5 pair total) were a very loose fit, perhaps they'd be good for someone with wide feet? The one pair that I did keep and wear held up enough to last the evening. They weren't comfortable by any means, but not the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. If I could go back, I'd have spent double elsewhere just to not have to deal with their horrible customer service team!
This specific pair (flat sandal) was the item I used my return credit on (from the item that was exchange only), and it too, is too loose. I absolutely will not bother attempting another exchange with them. Truly the worst company I've ever purchased from.
